At IVENS we have designed a timeline for face-to-face courses. Two weeks in advance there is a meeting with Clients interested in the courses to align and prepare the course Program.

Afterwards, there is a Kick-off session with all course participants, where full access to the program content in Moodle will be given, with required prior readings.

After completing the course, there is a Debrief meeting with the Clients to understand the needs that were met.

The dates of the courses and programs begin to be published on the website, social media, newsletter, among other communication channels, as soon as the dates are finalized in the first meeting with the Client.
