The Leading Business Families sessions support Family Councils and Shareholders in professionalizing management, strategic alignment and sustainability of the family legacy. This course prepares directors to maintain the sustainability of effective, transparent and ethical boards. Master the complexity of the dynamics in which boards operate (between executives, non-executives and supervisory bodies) and the management of power relations with gatekeepers, investor relations and the capital markets.
