A holistic and integrated perspective on corporate governance models, best practices, and effective communication in the boardroom.

There is no single perfect model of Corporate Governance. What exists are approaches to managing and balancing decision making dynamics among key players in the boardroom: shareholders, stakeholders, and board members.

This course explores the role of the “Four Lines of Defence” in supporting the Board’s responsibility for risk oversight across the organisation.

A dynamic and interactive programme that culminates in the presentation and analysis of the two core outcomes of an effective Corporate Governance framework: access to capital, and the ability to attract and retain top talent.
