There is no single perfect model of Corporate Governance. What exists are approaches to managing and balancing decision making dynamics among key players in the boardroom: shareholders, stakeholders, and board members.
This course explores the role of the “Four Lines of Defence” in supporting the Board’s responsibility for risk oversight across the organisation.
